Ingredients:
To begin chop up the onion, garlic, tomato and fresh cilantro leaves.
Opening an avocado can be tricky if you haven't done it before. Its not that hard. Use a knife and cut it into two halves. There is a hard round seed in the center which you will feel with the knife. Once you have two halves of avocado tap the sharp knife right into the round seed and twist clockwise. This will release the seed without damaging the fresh avocado. Then use a teaspoon to carefully scoop out the avocado. Notice how my dog Scooter managed to get his face in this shot below!
The next step is to add all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and add the hot sauce and lime juice. Mix it up to your desired consistency and serve with some tortilla chips.
