Grilled Spicy Hot Wings with Garlic and Parmesan from www.grilling24x7.com
Ingredients
1 bag of wings from the frozen food section
1/2 cup of Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/3 cup of butter
5-10 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 T Parmesan Cheese
Hot chili powder (I found mine in a Mexican grocery store)
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat (except for the cheese - save until the end). Keep stirring or you will see the butter and sauce start to separate. If it does just turn the heat up and keep stirring.
Grill wings over medium high indirect heat for about 30-45 min depending on your temperature. Then for the final 10-15 minutes move the wings over direct heat to crisp. When wings reach 165 degrees F internal pour sauce over the wings and shred a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese over top. Serve with a quality beer.
